We find Zen together
Sometimes life feels a little too much. That’s fine, we’ve got you covered.

Find the mental balance

Your menthal wellbeing is the key to your own success and building healthy relationships. Therefore, we encourage you to take time each day to have lunch with a colleagues, to be with your family or arrange a day out with friends you have not seen for a while.

Sparking and being kinder to ourselves

This is without doubt a topic that many of you will relate to. I know I found myself many years ago when I worked with myself on this topic.

So, what tone do you use to speak to yourself?

It’s important to notice the tone and rhythm with which you speak to yourself. Take 5 minutes and think about it now. Do you have a harsh, unforgiving tone or a friendly, open, understanding tone? If you have a harsh tone, do some introspection. Most likely, you will discover the tone you were spoken to as a child. Unfortunately, it has often led to a lot of distortion. The tone we hear and learn in our early years becomes our truth and how we speak to ourselves. We continue to use this tone until we realize and want to change it.

How can we change the tone?

Imagine talking to a helpless child who is waiting for your protection and well-being. When you talk to yourself, try to use the same tone you would use with that child. Instead of using a critical or harsh tone, use a nurturing, friendly, and benevolent tone. Be gentle with yourself because you deserve it!

How we care

Trustworthy relationships are built on both big and small things. At our company, we believe in fostering these relationships through good will.

Managing projects is no small feat. It requires dedication and commitment from our Project Managers who are professionals charged with overseeing the process of planning, executing and delegating responsibilities. They are always there to support their colleagues in various matters.

Sports is part of our DNA

We support cycling by sponsoring a young talent

“I’m Erick Rogoz Lorincz, a 21-year-old member of the Olympic triathlon team. I started triathlon at 14 and am currently studying Sport and Motor Performance at the West University of Timisoara. I’m also a member of the university cycling team, UVT-Devron West Cycling Team since 2022. My plans include participating in the Olympics and teaching this sport to young enthusiasts.” - Erick Rogoz

Annual participation to the Wizz Air Cluj-Napoca Marathon

The Wizz Air Cluj-Napoca Marathon is an open competition that promotes a healthy lifestyle. It includes events of 42 km, 21 km, 10 km, 4 km and a children’s race. The marathon is closely linked to the city of Cluj-Napoca and aims to become as famous as the marathons of European cities. Our colleagues participate every year, combining the useful with the enjoyable.

We take part at the Belis Triathlon

Adrian Orasan, Cristina Coza and Sergiu Pacurariu participated in the 6th edition of Belis Triathlon on August 13th, 2022. The event is included in the National Triathlon Circuit and consists of a short race composed of swimming (1000 metres), cycling (30 km with 550 m positive level difference) and running (6 km with 200 m positive level difference). They had nice results and are now motivated to participate in future competitions.”

We regularly sponsor the polo team C.S. Politehnica Cluj

Polo in Cluj suffered after 1989 due to the closure of different polo sections in some clubs and a reduction in the number of players. However, with the takeover, renovation and reopening of the pool by the Technical University, polo in Cluj was re-launched. The C.S. Politehnica Cluj polo section has a senior team participating in the National Championship at amateur level. In recent years, a number of players have been selected for national junior and youth teams.

We are beyond excited to support a rising star, Luca Campean

"My name is Campean Catalin Luca, I am 17 and I have been cycling since I was 13. Every year I raised my level and now I practice this sport at a high level.

I discovered my passion for cycling in the childhood, when I used to ride my bike all day long, and then decided I wanted to do performance sport. When I joined the C.S. Politehnica team, I took things to another level and managed to achieve some great results:

  • European Youth Olympic Festival (6th place in the individual time trial and 18th place in the long distance race)
  • Champion and Vice National Champion in road cross-country and individual time trial.

Currently I am a road racer for the LotuSteam team in Hungary, and for C.S politehnica." - Luca Campean
